You can PRE-REGISTER TODAY to hold your booth with a $25 donation (no refunds).

SET UP INFORMATION

  • Limited electricity. Check floor plan for availability. WIFI FOR ALL
    • MUST SELECT 1st & 2nd choices prior to submitting exhibitor form.
  • Exhibitors – (WIFI AVAILABLE) Your “space” is confirmed upon receipt of your $100.00 donation. Thank you for any extra donations you would like to contribute.
  • Firm time for set up (8:15 am – 9:00 am) No break down (emergency is the exception) before 3:00pm.
  • UNLOAD AT DOOR, PARK NEXT DOOR AT CHURCH. Volunteers will watch your things and be ready to help as needed.
  • Please be courteous. You will not be allowed to attend future events if you break down before 3pm.

WHAT IS PROVIDED: Exhibitors inside

  • Table (8 ft.) & Two Chairs provided (additional chairs available by request)
  • NO hanging of banners etc. on the walls ONLY STAND UP or on your table
  • Free tacos and coffee available while supplies last.
  • IDEAS Offer a small gift incentive for your own prospects who show up. And/or offer a SPECIAL/DISCOUNT only at the event.
  • Vendor cards will be provided for all guests which will encourage visiting all vendors. Be sure to sign the cards after sharing your products or service.
  • Important to know: Wellness 4 Warriors or Aggie Park Event Center is not responsible for any lost and found and/or any accidents/injuries during the event.. Please mind your table and ask a neighboring vendor to mind it for you in case of bathroom break or cover your goods as needed.

No refunds. (Wellness 4 Warriors is a non-profit, tax exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Individual and corporate contributions are tax exempt as allowable by law.)
