Exhibitor Registration Information
We are working hard to promote this event for everyone’s success. We truly appreciate your participation and generosity in giving back to our men and women who sacrifice so much for our freedom.
Your exhibitor booth is CONFIRMED upon receipt of your in kind donation $125 (no refunds)

Exhibitor Registration Open: Deadline to register & pay donation is September 16, 2023
EXHIBITORS – 37 booths (INSIDE) / 2 booths (OUTSIDE)
EXCLUSIVITY for vendors. (Example – only 1 essential oil booth) If a vendor offers the same products but also offers something different Wellness 4 Warriors will consider the registration.
- EVENT IS INSIDE/OUTSIDE (You will be notified of any changes)
- Silent Auction & Raffle inside
- Rain or shine unless dangerous weather. (no refunds)
- Food Trucks will be available for vendors to pre-order lunch

SET UP INFORMATION
- Limited electricity. Check floor plan for availability. WIFI FOR ALL
- MUST SELECT table prior to submitting exhibitor form.
- Exhibitors – (WIFI AVAILABLE) Your “space” is confirmed upon receipt of your $125.00 donation. Thank you for any extra donations you would like to contribute.
- Firm time for set up (8:15 am – 9:00 am) Break down is at 4:00pm.*
- Please note: Vendors who break down prior to 4:00pm will be charged an additional $50, due at the time of event. If payment is not received, vendors will not be allowed to participate in future events.
- UNLOAD AT DOOR, PARK AT AMISH STORE PARKING LOT (Around the corner)
- Volunteers will watch your things and be ready to help as needed.
WHAT IS PROVIDED: Exhibitors inside
- Table (8 ft.) & Two Chairs provided (additional chairs available by request)
- Please notify us if you are planning to use your own vendor table.
- NO hanging of banners etc. on the walls ONLY STAND UP or on your table
- Free tacos and coffee available while supplies last.
- Important to know: Wellness 4 Warriors or Aggie Park Event Center is not responsible for any lost and found and/or any accidents/injuries during the event.. Please mind your table and ask a neighboring vendor to mind it for you in case of bathroom break or cover your goods as needed.
No refunds. (Wellness 4 Warriors is a non-profit, tax exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Individual and corporate contributions are tax exempt as allowable by law.)
